organization. Loan has held leadership roles in multiple Republican organizations, demonstrating her ability to design and implement strategies that resonate with voters. Known for her organization, ambition, and passion, Loan excels in managing complex campaign operations, meeting tight deadlines, and mobilizing diverse constituencies. Her greatest strength lies in building meaningful connections within communities to register, educate, and motivate voters. Through her dedication and strategic insight, Loan has helped candidates expand their reach and strengthen support across the Houston region. Graves then furthered his education at The University of Mississippi, where he served as the Recruiting Coordinator for TPUSA. Over the past five years, Graves has ser

 Graves Baker boasts a diverse background and achievements in political campaigning. A native of Batesville, MS, he graduated from Magnolia Heights School in Senatobia, MS. Graves then furthered his education at The University of Mississippi, where he served as the Recruiting Coordinator for TPUSA. Over the past five years, Graves has served as a consultant, campaign manager, or coordinator for campaigns at every level of office. His track record as a leader is evident, having contributed to electoral efforts in 22 states and overseeing nearly 1.5 million canvassing interactions. Notable project wins include: Hometown Mayoral victory against a sixteen-year incumbent by 20 points, multiple State Legislature races across the country, Congressman Craig Goldman of Texas, and managing more than 400,000 canvassed houses for the Trump campaign in Wisconsin and Georgia. Graves brings a winning record and work ethic to Impact Canvassing, helping campaigns across America achieve their goals.

A native of Houston, TX, Grant’s passion for politics was first sparked during the 2016 Presidential Election, when he joined Donald J. Trump’s campaign as an intern. Before entering politics full time, he attended Culver Academies before continuing on to build a career rooted in grassroots organizing. Over the past decade, Grant has served as a Field Organizer for Governor Greg Abbott’s 2018 campaign and later as a Regional Director for Trump Victory in Texas. His experience spans City Council and School Board races to Congressional, Senate, Gubernatorial, and Presidential contests across five states and thirteen counties. Highlights of his career include contributing to the victories of Trump 2016, Abbott 2018, and Trump 2024, while also founding and running his own political strategy firm. Known for his hands-on leadership and fighter’s work ethic, Grant brings a deep understanding of voter contact and conservative grassroots momentum to every campaign he helps drive to victory.
