At Impact Canvassing, we believe grassroots activism is about more than a paycheck, it’s about being boots on the ground and making a real impact. We’re looking for people who share that passion and commitment to the work, approaching every voter interaction with respect and purpose.

Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal fit is someone who has volunteered on campaigns before, served as a field organizer, or already understands the pace and energy of political work. We also offer tracks for management and consulting-level positions, giving truly committed and talented people the opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

Our Process:
Every application is personally reviewed by our leadership team. When active projects are available, qualified applicants may be placed immediately; otherwise, they’ll be added to our queue for the next campaign launch. This way, every person we bring on is vetted carefully and matched where they can make the biggest impact.
